Is glutathione safe for nursing mom?

Most websites I've looked at say no!

Glutathione itself is okay for pregnant or nursing women, but if you are using it for skin whitening and the pill contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, it is recommended to wait until you are done with nursing before you take it :)
