I want to have a baby but my tubes are tied is their any hope?

There is a costly reversal procedure but even it is not 100%. I would look into dr's willing to implant your eggs into the womb after being fertilized. Either way it's going to be expensive... Why not adopt instead. There are children all over this world that need a loving caring home.
