I'm wondering if I have to grout between the wall and the tile?
I'm not putting tile on my walls, just going to have baseboards and trims!

The way this will work is your tile will either be 1/4 away from the baseboard and shoe molding will be on top of the tile to cover the edge, no grout needed there in this case,

Or you have no base at the time you ran the tile, in this case the base will set ontop of the tile, you can use shoe mold or not, still no grout needed,

As long as you have either base or shoemolding over the outter edge of the tile you don't need grout,
