My periods are usually very regular, but the last one was 2weeks late! Might I had been pregnant even though I got my period?

Sometimes periods will fluctuate for no apparent reason. If you are protecting yourself with birth control and condoms then there should be no reason to stress about being pregnant. I don't think you were pregnant. I think your hormones might be out of wack due to some stress or another. To be sure though, go get a hpt at the dollar store and use it with your first morning urine. That should help relieve you even further one way or another.
