I have 2 Liens on my house from banks that no longer exist.. How do I get them removed...
These liens were related to business loans that attached the house.

Are you saying that the loans have been 1-paid off, 2-forgiven, or 3-sold to someone else?

You should have proof of the satisfaction of the debt. If so, contact the state office, and indicate that the lien should be updated with this proof.

If you have no such proof, you need to send a registered letter to the last know address asking for it If this doesn't work - contact the state registar of deeds and ask how to get a "clear title"..
