"Hey <boy's name> do you wanna go out for lunch? or anything really?"
Copy and paste but with voice.

I don't want to ask him to lunch I want to be more than friends with him. His name's ryan and I want to ask him to be my boyfriend. What do I say?

You have to start slowly. Asking him to lunch is starting slow. If you act to fast you may scare him away. Be friends first.

Yes I guess you could call it upgrading in relationships.
Starting slow builds up a foundation and strength in a relationship which you sound like you want and that is perfect. Doesn't have to be lunch. A nice walk talk to each other. Don't have anything to talk about? Compliment him on anything make him feel noticed and liked. Give those old "mythological" hints like twirling your hair or w/e the hell else is there lol. Flirt around but don't play games. Joke but know when to draw the line. Take it easy and steady.

Do the same thing guys do, but in reverse:

Jordy: "Have you ever been in an Italian?"

    Him: "No."

    Jordy: "Want some?"

    Or,

Jordy: "If I told you I had a nice body would you let me hold it against you?"

    Or,

Jordy: "Hey, I want to go get coffee. Come with me."
