I have recently purchased this remote control. I have followed the instructions to the letter to get my TV up and running but no chance of that! At one time I had the TV changing channels but then had no volume control and could not switch the TV off. Now I can do nothing with it at all - I have to operate the TV by hand.
I have a Grundig TV and a Pace Satellite (Sky) digibox.
Please help.
