I pulled out and ejaculated. Then in the morning we had sex again but I did not ejaculate at all. I did not urinate between penetration but I did rinse/clean the head of my penis. Is there a good possibility that she is pregnant?

One drop of semen (8 kazillion sperm) can get her pregnant. Pulling out or not ejaculating are worthless for preventing pregnancy. Yes, she might be pregnant.

Yup, very possible that she got pregnant. The withdrawal method is NOT a form of birth control. You may not have ejaculated, but there was pre-ejaculate. You never know when you do this, it is a form of lubrication coming from the seminal ducts. Pre-ejaculate does not carry as many sperm as ejaculate does, but it DOES contain sperm.

Yeah, if she was ovulating! And being that she was on HBC recently it's totally possible. Don't rely on the pull out method!! Even your pre- can knock her up. However, you might be lucky and maybe she's not pg and if that's the case, I hope you'll be more careful next time!
