I have a 98 honda civic, all was fine. Next minute the car won't crank, no dash lights, no power to any accessories. Replaced battery and cables. Is this symptoms of a failed ignition switch.

Try your headlights, 4 way flashers. If they don't work, Start with your big cables, and Ground. Check fuses inside car(under dash? and under hood. Fusible link? Found schematic for '95 accord, may be similar. 4 cyl has 80Amp main, then 50Ampn fuse before Ignition Switch.
6 cyl has 100 Amp Main. Between the 2 is an Electronic Load detector. That wire is white going to Ignition switch. Don't know if close enough to your model.
Good Luck
HI, I don't know much about cars, but I had almost the same problem with my car, I also replaced just about the same items you did, and the only thing I needed was a crankshaft sensor. Once I had that replaced my car started right up. Well good luck
