My female dog is 7 she started her cycle on 7-2-07. It lasted until 7-6-07 all she does is drink water.It started back today 7-8-07 but she has not eaten since 7-1-07. This has never happened before.

Your dog needs to see the vet. If she has not had food for eight days, she is probably getting very weak. Did you know that female dogs that have not been spayed tend to get breast cancer, and uterine cancer, and ovarian cancer. There is also a uterine infection that they can get. You best get her checked out ASAP.

If she has eaten in previous heat cycles, yes call the vet. Unless you have some good reason, please have her spayed as soon as the vet will do it.
