He had not acknowledge her from birth and when the hospital asked for the name of the father, I gave the information and they assumed we were married and was not. When I went to court the first time after she was born he did not show up and the judge ordered shild support without ordering a paternity test, I guess assuming that we were married because our last names were the same. She was two at the time he went to jail for the dates listed above. When he was released in june of 2006, he came to meet her and in August of 2006 i moved out of state. During a few months that did not bond with each other and I returned back to the same state he in and he has only seen her a few times. Now he wants visitation rights to be scheduled and my daughter feels that she doesn't know him and doesn't feel comfortable around him, there does not want the visitation with him. Because of the frequent conversations that we have had, I feel that he would not be a good role model for her and would like his parenting priveleges revoked for good. Please advise
