    I need to identify these 2 pills I found
    Medium size red pill with KALI on one side and 083 on the other and a large white pill with 93-490 on it

    They are both very strong and addictive painkillers. Basically they are both stronger versions of tylenol but can be very dangerous. I would dispose of these if they have not been prescribed to you.
