Statute of limitation of payment in car accident claim
I needed to know what is the statute of limitations in Pennsylvania on the amount of days a insurance company out of state has to pay the monies agreed upon during a settlement in philadelphia federal court.
    Court date was 05/18/2007
    Papers signed and notirized 05/22/2007
    Overnighted to Florida 05/23/2007

    Not being appealed by defense
AS FAR AS I KNOW FLORIDA COMPANY WOULD HAVE RECEIVED PAPERS AT LATEST 06/01/2007 AND THAT'S WITH OVERNIGHT TAKING SEVEN DAYS!!

HAS NOW BEEN ONE MONTH AND SEVEN DAYS

    Hello chicks:

The statute of limitations has nothing to do with this. Get on the phone and don't stop till you find out where your money is.

There is no such thing as statue of limitation, that deals with the amount of time the courts will hear cases.

Many companies will withhold monies till they are forced to pay. If the insurance company agreed to pay, or where they ordered to pay?
