This boy recently asked me for my number, but I lied to him about my name because I hate my real name, so I told him my middle name. However I went out with his brother when I was 14 (which was 2years ago) however my friend told this boys brother that I recently had a baby and I have played along with this silly story. But now the boy who recently asked me for my number thinks I am a liar but he also lied about his name too. The thing is I like this boy and don't know whether I should meet up with him, his a bit pissed off with me for lying about my name. Should I explain too him the reason I lied or should I just not bother with this boy.:confused:

If you are going to act with the maturity level in life where people are going to like you and want to be around you, it is best not to play "games" with them in the relationships.

Be honest and upfront with people.

If you really are interested in this boy, I would suggest speaking with him and not doing anymore pretending as far as what you say and in how you act. If you do pretend, then you are not being honest about what you are doing.

Pretending in role playing with other people are the things that children do when they are playing games.
