    Ceiling fan reverse switch
    Hello,

My wife & I had two Hampton Bay Miramar celing fans installed in our living room by an electrician. We can't find the owner's manual for these fans to locate the switch on the fan housing that changes the direction the blades turn. The switch isn't in the normal location where Hampton Bay usually locates it on most of their fans we have installed ourselves in the past. Since the fan is up higher than our ladder can reach we would like to find out if anyone knows where the switch is located so we can locate it.

    Thanks,

    Carl

I'm not familiar with this particular model, however I would check above the motor (in the uplight) or below (in the downlight) if it is not above the downlight on the bottom of the motor.

The way to reverse these fans is on the remote! No switch on the fan.
