I have a 2000 troy bilt LTX14 hydr trans. When engaged the electric pto clutch keeps ripping the wire harness out of it. Does anyone know how to prevent this?

It sounds like the PTO clutch is properly installed or there is a "tang" that is installed between the drive shaft of the mower and the clutch and it maybe broken. Either way you need to remove the PTO clutch and check it out. Email me if you have any question. [email protected] Good luck.
