In the movie a teenager kills other teens and takes their identities. I remember a scene where he shoves a teen in front of a on coming car. Can anyone help me?

Taking lives... with Angelina Jolie

It is Taking Lives but the teenager did not push him out into a oncoming car. He kicked him in the face and his head got rammed into the car. Great scene I might add.
