My 16 month old daughter won't drink cows milk, won't drink formula and won't even drink flavoured milk! I really want to wean her. HELP!

It just takes them a while to get used to the taste. I would suggest just removing it all together. Give her no other option. She will come around once she gets thirsty enough. Have her pick out some neat sippy cups that she gets to use as a "big girl".. its all psychological.

Great idea - thanks but she won't drink from a bottle and she's just starting to shun her sippy cups for a normal cup like her older brother. I think I may be screwed

My child did not like milk at first either,so I gave him formula till he was 18 months,but you can give her other dairy products,like cheese,and yogurt.Try warming the milk in the microwave for a few seconds.
My child didn't like cold milk till he was about two and a half.:)
