I have one of the famous above ground blue plastic swimming pools... I have had a heck of time trying to get it clean... last week I vaccuumed the daylights out of it and filtered all the junk out of it but the water was still cloudy... the ph was off a little bit but I shocked the water put clarifier and chlorine and algae guard in it... I finally got discusted and I am emptying the pool today... but I need help in keeping it clean when I fill it back up tomorrow...

Pool chemistry can drive you nuts some times. Sounds like you tried most of the right things but it can take days for it to settle down. If your filter is diatomaceous earth or sand, clean it. If it is a cartridge, change it. You could also try a stabilizer that will reduce your chlorine use.
