    Menstrual cycles
I am 3 weeks late for my menstrual cycle. I have done a couple of pregnancy tests and they came up negative. If I am not pregnant can someone with a normal menstrual cycle hx have problems all of a sudden. I made an appt with my OB but they could not get me in any sooner than 2 months away. I feel frustrated, but I am aware of what stress can do. When you don't know what is going on how can someone not be stressed. I am 26 years old and have two children ages 3 and 9. Can anybody shed some light.

Is it possible just seeing your family doctor if you have one, just to get a regular blood test to make sure it is pregnancy or not.

There could be many different things that can make you late. That is a really long time to wait for an ob appointment.

Two months is too long to wait to see a doctor if there is a problem. I would call again and let them know what is going on. This isn't a regular check up, this is to make sure everything is okay.
A woman's body does crazy things and it is possible that even though you are normally regular you might skip a period for no particular reason. But you will never know and probably won't feel comfortable until you know what is really happening.
It is most likely nothing, but to make you feel better I would call your doctor again, or see if you can get an appointment with another doctor.
