    Hi

    I would appreciate advice...
    How do I transfer my XP licence from my old Pc to newly accquired 2nd user Pc

    Howdy and welcome to AMHD:

    That totally depends on whether your XP cd came with your old system or not.

    Do you have an installation disc of XP?

    Some versions of Windows are licensed to a specific PC and the license is not transferable. Licenses that came with pre-installed generally are not.

    If you have the installation CD, just reformat the old PC and then install on the new one. You may have to call MS to authenticate it.
