Does anyone know if you can break a lease due to a new job in another state? We're from PA. I looked through the links for PA laws in the stickys. However, I saw nothing pertaining to this except for Mobile homes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Nope. The only reason anyone in any state can break a lease is if the premises is uninhabitable.
