    Increasing supply amperage
I own a mobile home that currently has 50 amp service at the main panel. I would like to install central air which requires 100 amp service. What is required to accomplish this?
    Thanks,
    Frank

If this is a metered service, the utility company needs to be consulted with ,with regards to the type of meter socket and service location. They may need to run new aerial cable, if underground wire that may be your responsibility.

The cable or conduit and wire feeding the meter, the wires from the meter to the panel, and possibly the panel, all needs to be upgraded to 100 amp capacity.

Then the air conditioner will need to be wired.

I have done some speculating with your situation, more detail of the circumstances will be needed to be more definite.
