I want to boot my client from network,for this I activated pxe nic in BOIS but when I restart my computer this message is appear:!

Should I install DHCP server in server2003 for boot or not? What can I do ?:confused:

1st with what software did you go for you terminal client and server side?
And yes a DHCP Server has to be installed otherwise the nic can not receive an IP Address and there will be no network connectivety. The message you receive is most likely from the hard drive installation (disconnect the hard drive and give it another try), even if you deleted windows you might not have a clean MBR and the Windows bootloader will still pop up.
