You want to lose 30% of your body weight in one month? You are setting yourself up for disappointment and you could do serious damage to your health. Besides, if you managed to lose the weight, what will you do with all the flabby skin left over?

Start a reasonable weight plan. Get fit and the fat will burn off slowly and be less likely to return.

This is entirely too fast to lose that amount. You not only are setting yourself up for disappointment, but disaster. There are many health issues that may result from losing that fast. Electrolyte imbalance for one, which can be life threatening.

The healthiest amount to lose is between 2 - 4 pounds (0.9 - 1.81 kgs) per week. At first you may lose quickly as that will be fluids lost.

Steady weight loss is the key here just eating healthy and working out and losing it gradually is the best way to go. Losing that much weight in such a short time you would not only be losing fat you would be losing a lot of muscle and probably end up just puttin it back on anyway
