I'm 19 and have a 6month old daughter.I live with my boyfriend at my mothers but she is evicting us.Can she do that?my boyfriend just got laid off last week

But I honestly don't know.

No offense, but you are an adult, with a dependent. She owns the home and you, I'm sure, are not on the title. She can do whatever she wants. esp. if you are not paying her any rent or utility money. No one gets a free ride. The only way this would be illegal was if she rented out a portion of her home in which you paid her for, and a contract was signed, and the contract was not expired. Otherwise it is legal and she is probably trying to give you a strong hint. Good luck.
