    Losing Weight in 6 weeks
    Hello, I'm Thomas and I'm 15 years old. I'm 5' 7" and My weight is 187lbs(84kg) - close to obesity. I was wondering if There is any way I could lose maybe a stone in 6 weeks. Will weightlifting, running or any other forms of exercise help?
    Also can anyone prescribe me with a suitable diet consisting of no chocolate I would be very grateful! Thanks :D

    In six weeks you can walk every day and cut out junk food, eat healthy, salads, chicken, lean meat and you will lose some but not a lot. It isn't healthy to lose a lot of weight all at once because then you lose muscle mass.
