I have a ceiling fan I don't know how old it is but it doesn't appear to be more than 8 years old. The pull swictch just stopped working, it won't click on however the pull for the fan works fine. Help please Im selling my house and want to try to avoid spending any more money.. thanks :0)

If just a pull switch with 2 wires, can get at hardware store or Electric Supply for about $3.

You will have to spend $5 on a new pullchain switch. Very cheap and easy fix.
