    Vacation time
I know how my boss can be a major ***, and he has been on my *** for the past few weeks about the littlest things, but, hypothetically, if I put a request for vacation time in (I'm giving two weeks advance notice for this vacation) and he not only denies it, but fires me for requesting it, or if he gives me the vacation, then fires me when I return, for going on vacation, can I turn it into a legality thing? For more in depth info, just ask. Will be more than willing to tell.

I think this is a good case for your government department ol Labour, or whatever you call it down there. Yes, I would turn it into something legal. He needs to be set straight.

He has to have a reason for firing you.. and get it in writing (get a lawyer if he won't give it to you in writing or go to labor law)
