I had a CT scan of the abdomen for prostate cancer and the report came back stating "there are multiple low attenuation lesions seen in the liver, the largest of which is seen in the left lobe and measures 1.3 cm. Hounsfield unit is on the order of 8, compatible with a cyst". While this appears to have nothing to do with the prostate cancer, I curious what it means and does it need further checking out.
