I went to the doctor today and my urine test came back negative but I still have the abdomen pain and my breast is real tender I have to do a pelvic exam next week can I be pregnant and the urine test still come back negative. I also haven't had my period for the whole month

I've had urine tests come back negative, but I ended up actually being pregnant. The best way to see if you are pregnant is ask your doctor for a blood test. The blood test is usually more accurate :) Of course if you had unprotected sex, there's always a chance of getting pregnant.

It could be pregnancy and your hcg levels just aren't high enough to register on an hpt yet, but it could also be several other things. Your doctor will be able to tell you more at your appointment. Good luck, and let us know what you find out.
