Outside AC/Heat pump freezing up
Help!
My AC unit thatis out side that is connected to a heat pump in the house keeps freezing up,
We will have cold air when we first turn it on then after 2 or 3 hours there isn't ant cold air anymore and the unit out back is frozen on the inside. We have had the house winterized in January of 2007, and the company came out and cleaned everything in the unit in the basement and said we were good to go and we were all winter until we turned the AC on a couple of weeks ago. We have already changed the filter as well so we know that it isn't dirty? Please help?:(
