HI My washer is 3 years old.It started keeping a lot of noise at first. It fills up and drains but it does not spin or agitate. Yesterday it washed but not spin. Today it is not spinning or washing. Help

You didn't give model # but some are belt driven and some direct drive. I'm guessing it is a dirct drive and the coupler has gone bad. It is between the motor and transmission. Only have to remove the motor to get to it. Not too bad a job if you handy
