 Well it is not my business how you refer to your friend. But is seemed kind of like rude the way you described your friend. But to answer your question is this like what you want for your friend or is this like what your friend wants. Yet to answer your question if you believe it will work it probably will, I can understand using a product to tone your friends' skin but I don't know of one to turn your friend a different shade. If you look at your friend hands and compare it to your friend face you will notice that her/his face may appear to be darker. This is because it is exposed to the elements (air, weather). This cause the shin to be weather beaten, also, your friend may notice that there if a difference in the color of their body.
;) If this is the case I would suggest Dr. Thrower for the face and neck. He has a line of product that can be purchased at Wal-Mart super-center. You can also order it online at Eliminate or reduce acne, discoloration, shave bumps, dark spots, neck bumps at Heritage Skin Care.. I also, use Makari Oralight (Product Detail) pills which work from the inside out. I have observed the results these two products taken and used together produce.

 Please understand these are basically over the counter methods, which have been proven to work. However, if you are looking for something that will reduce the natural born color you may need to seek a professional dermatologist to ensure no harm comes to your friend.
