How old are you? If your name is referring to Hannah Montana then you are probably too young to have a boyfriend anyway. You can be friends with and like boys without being with them exclusively. You have the rest of your life to be tied down to just one person.

Your parents are just trying to protect you, and if you're young, you should respect their wishes until you can prove your maturity to them.

Your parents want you to have the best in life. You may be young, I wouldn't know because I don't know your age, but what they are doing is a good thing I suppose. If you truly feel like you are ready to have boyfriends and assume the responsibilties while having one, talk to them about it and the way you are feeling. You're there little girl in their eyes, they don't want you to get hurt that's all.
