I have been having unprotected sex with my husband for the past 5 years we have one daughter already he usually pulls out. But not always and with in the past 5 months not at all. We are not really trying to get pregnant but if we do its okay. Should I be concerned about infertiilty? I have had a lot of gyno problems HPV, cryosurgery, LEEP surgery, and chlamydia from a former boyfriend.

The Chlyamydia and HPV could be a factor. When was your last yearly exam? Have you discussed this with your doctor?
