I don't owe much maybe in total 800.00 and I have other accounts that I am paying just mininum. Can at this point take $ from my account. My husband works and I always pay the bills with my account. I deposit and then just pay off the monthly bills. At this point I am worried every time I deposit that I may not be able to pay my rent because at some point they are going to take my money. Please help should I deposit of How can I know if I am in risk. Help:( :(

Have they sent a collection agency after you? The only way they can take money from your account is to win a court case against you. If you haven't received notice that they have asked for a trial then no need to worry.

They might threaten to take money from your account but this is just to scare you into making payments (it's also technically an illegal collection practice) but in any case they can't really do it unless they go to court.

They have to get a judgement against you, once they have a judgement, they may get an attachment of your bank account any time they want
