    What is the law cocerning interrnet purchases. I bought a vehicle on Ebay It was on reserve, I met the reserve and won. HIse immediate deposit. Now the sellers says he made a mistake and won't sell. He listed the vehicle for sale on his homepage site? What rights do I have?

    Contact eBay, dispute resolution board, and tell them of this problem.

    Bidding on eBay is a binding contract.

    As long as he gives ALL your money back I'd just walk away and not bother about it again.

    As mr yet says the contract on eBay is binding, but as it hasn't been put to the test in court (that I know of) I doubt very much it's worth anything.
    After all which laws is it meant to comply with, as it isn't English law, to many errors.

    Actually, there have been a few cases on People's Court that involved eBay transactions. I don't know how much legal weight that carries, though.
