Must I pay a loan that was bought by a collection agency. They have a judgement against me (at least that is what the letter from the county court states). This is a loan that was in apart of a bankruptcy and was discharge in 2004. Are there any SOL that apply in this type of situation? :confused:

If this was included in a bankruptcy, and it was discharged, no you don't have to pay it,

If there is a judgement against you, you need to file a motoin to have it dismissed, because of the bankruptcy.

The attorney who did your bankruptcy can contact them to have this withdrawn.
