I've always had acne but its been small and for the most part unnoticeable but lately my face has been covered in them and its very noticeable. I was wondering is this a sign or symptom of pregnancy?

It can be for some women, but it is not one of the most common symptoms. Have you missed a period yet?

Yeah it could be but I wouldn't rely on it. I am lucky and inherited my mothers skin and never broke out. Every once in awhile I would get one maybe two pimples every once in awhile, but once I found out I was pregnant, I started noticing I have pimples. Sometimes people have gorgeous skin when pregnant and some have pimply skin. Just take a test. Goodluck

Yes and no. Its not a clear cut defined sign of pregnancy, but it definitely can be a symptom of it. Just bccause you have an increase in acne, it shouldn't be considered a sign that you are pregnant. Only a positive test can tell you that. But don't be surprised if you do get a ton of acne if you are pregnant. I use to get it when pregnant, during the same time every month(usually around when I normally would have had a period too, actually) and during my last month, I had it constantly. Very annoying. Some women get it badly, some women have the clearest skin they've ever had.
