AZ eviction (judgement) - Now what?
I have just completed my first eviction here in Arizona and have received my judgment from the court. The party has vacated the premise without incident. How do I have the judgment show up on their credit report?

    Hello not:

The credit bureaus have people who work in the courthouse. They'll find it. You're better off trying to garnish his wages and seize his bank accounts.

I think in most cases it doesn't actually show up on one's credit report, but rather on an "eviction report" which every reasonable landlord should run. That could just be for my state, however, as all the credit reports I've run do not contain evictions.

I agree with excon though, your best bet now is to figure out how to collect your money. You can contact a collection agency and THAT will show up on their credit report, or you can garnish wages, etc.
