    Ccan I ask my tenant to leave we have no lease
    I rent to my son have now for 3 years all of a sudden he has informed me that I am no good he hate me and has start world war 3 and 4 with me don't know where its coming from or why orther then I have become disable and can't work any more after taking 3 hrs of his yelling at me the first time he came back and gave me anorther 1 just so I knew how he felt so I said I guess if that's how you feel it would be best if you found a new place to live will that gave me world war5 I live in New Jersey am really sick at this time and can't take this can I have him get out and how wish this was not the case but wishing doesn't make it so any help I would be thankful for

    Generally with no lease you have to give him time to get out equal to the time between when he pays rent. So if he pays you monthly you have to give him a month. The local sherifs office tend to have the booklets on how eviction goes in your area.

    Sheriffs office says I have to file papers with the courts in New Jersey even thou I have a mo to mo lease and take my son to court should I get a laywer thanks
