What is the difference between XP home and Pro?
There isn't much. If you are going to be using XP at home only, go with home.

The main difference is network support. XP Pro was designed more to be run on a business network.Quote:

The Pro is used in business applications of connecting computers to a main computer or server.

PS; Be SURE to check your computer's software and hardware (printers, scanners, etc) for compatibility with XP.

Other users (both askers and volunteers) are noticing how you frequently echo previous answers. Its just losing you what little respect you might have had.
