I have received a .dat backup copy of an Access Database, how can I open this and use it?

You can try right-clicking on the file and select open with Microsoft Access.

I have tried that already, however thanks for replying. The .dat file was created with an Iomega 100MB Zip Drive, I have got the drive but unfortunately I do not have the disk with the software.

Is that USB or SCSI zip drive?
