It's normal for women to only orgasm through oral or manual stimulation. Most women cannot orgasm by vaginal intercourse alone. You are fine. You say you have had an orgasm but you have never "cummed" by this I'm guessing you mean releasing some sort of women. Most women do not do this either, it is called "squirting," and it is very rare.
