I am replacing a toilet in my mother in laws house. Her original sewage pipe is cast iron set in a concrete foundtion. I have to move the toilet about 1and a half inches and I need to know how to do this. I was told that there was a way but I need to know how to do it.

There sure is. Ask for for a 2" offset closet flange,(see image). Break oiut the old flange and lead and oakum joint. You may then set the new flange. A new joint will have to be poured. Good luck, Tom
