Just never ever get in a shock diet! İm a year older than you are and I have experienced many diets until now.. Try making your own diet schelude: cut off the oily food and eat as much vegetables and fruits as you can because they fasten your metabolism.. Also eat milk products such as cheese yoghurt and drink milk or the skin on the skin on your face will dangle. One more veery important thing: SPORTS! Never ever make a diet without exercising everyday for an hour. You may try walking, running or doing something enjoy but move non stop for an hour. It is like a whole, if you want to lose weight sports and diet must be held together

Don't try to lose this much weight this quickly, you will damage your body. Cut down on fats, eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg and take some form of exercise. You'll feel good about yourself no matter how much weight you lose.Quote:
