How does poor time management or inadequate plannig lead to plagiarism?

A person may get lazy and "fill" their work with the work of others? Seems simple in thought. Who says if leads to plagiarism?

Just now the same thing happening with me... though I got tomorrow assessment submission I'm finding its topic by registering with this site today.

Wrote 200 words and wants more... 2300 words by tomorrow morning... rose... like this a person can be plagiarised.
