Hi, I have a Sony Vaio laptop and since I downloded this upgrade I have a problem in getting sound when playing DVDs.

The upgrade is still showing as not completed on the upgrade page but DVDs will play with sound when I first play them but if I close the player and then try to open and play again the DVD plays with no sound.

Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure you're model # is listed below for compatibility. If it is, do the following:

Upgrade "VAIO Event Service Update Program Ver.2.3 " first.
Then reload the upgrade the sony vaio event service 2.3.00.08110
