Some people swear by mint tea (but I don't know if you're allowed that during pregnancy) although I much prefer a very warm glass of water, it really does the job. Good luck, I know how annoying those things can be.

What about homemade lemon tea. Boiled water, and freshly squeezed lemon and drink up. The warmth will be soothing and lemon will help your stomach.

Do you have Green Drops over there? That does help. A few drops in a glass of warm water. I know how that feels and you are so right, stick a pin and you could fly. Good luck finding a solution.

I just used regular gas medicine the normal dose OK to take during pregnancy, usually just the generic brand from Walmart since it was cheaper and just as good as the name brand

simethicone is the active ingredient in gas medicine, the generic brand was for like Gas X and medicine like that, but you would just have to look for gas medicnes that have the active ingrediant simethicone

    Gas-X or other anti-gas medications
Gas-X and other anti-gas meds (Phazyme, Flatulex, Mylicon, Mylanta Gas) relieve abdominal pain caused by excessive gas in the digestive tract. Their active ingredient is simethicone, which is safe during pregnancy. But before trying any medication, we recommend looking at your diet and eliminating or cutting back on foods that increase gas.

Homemade lemon and warm water. You say gag, but lemon, the acid actually neutralizes gas and helps relieve it. I know it might sound silly, but try it out. Oh, and it is natural, hee hee.
